*Montecito at Carlsbad Apartments allows two (2) pets max per apartment home. Residents are required to carry a Canine Liability Certificate of Insurance or equivalent. This policy must indicate the breed description of any dog and a minimum liability coverage of $100,000.00.

Our pet-friendly policy means that you can bring your furry friends along with you when you move in. Our pet-friendly policy is designed to ensure that both you and your pets feel at home. Stop by the dog park and dog wash station for a little extra play time.

If you prefer to get moving, our fully-equipped fitness center is open 24/7 and has everything you need for a great workout, including cardio machines, weightlifting equipment, and free weights.
